  “In a nutshell, I dropped my dog off to be groomed and then later We get a call from animal control that they have our dog. The groomers never bothered to phone us and let us know she was missing. We found out she was loose for about an hour. What kind of service is that. What kind for business that caters to the love and care of beloved pets would treat anyone like that. If it was your pet how would you feel. She paid the expenses for the shelter and the vet but without any compassion. I feel dismissed. If the outcome was different and we never saw our dog again for she was killed then what!”
