  “Although Scrubby Puppy's salon-style appointment was personable, their lack of attention to detail was their downfall. After taking my puppy to Scrubby Puppy, she got an ear infection because the groomer didn't clean her ears after giving her a bath. A professional and experienced groomer would have known that cleaning the ears of a floppy eared dog is a crucial part of its grooming. I'd rather take my dog to a groomer who knows what they're doing, rather than trusting her to someplace that will do an inexperienced and half-hearted job.”
