  “I thought Pup-A-Wheelie did a great job the first 2 times my cat was groomed. This time, I was sorrily mistaken. I scheduled an appt. for a cut and bath. After my cat was done, I was told that the groomer didnt like to give baths to cats in the winter and charged me the same price as a bath and shave! I was at work and my grandma was at home for me. My grandma told me this and I was pissed because the groomer didn't tell me she had no intention of giving my cat a bath when i scheduled the appt, specifically for a bath and shave So my cat has leftover fur all over her body and she wasn't bathed -- but i paid the price of a bath and shave! poor customer service, and since its not a company where this person has a superior for me to make a formal complaint, my hands are tied. I would not recommend using this ervice.”
