  “This is the worst place to take your pets to get groomed! Every single female in there acts like a little girl, they do not have any customer service experience what so ever. They have no idea how to handle pets or customers. I will be going to other petsmarts for now on out. Its a shame as they are the closest to me but I will never go back there again!! And when the managers get involved you would think that they would be helpful to the customers but they are just as inexperienced as their associates, the place is a madhouse. Never go to chino hills petsmart grooming!!”
