“Sorry, I put that nasty notice on your site. It just infuriates me that someone who has less character than a rattlesnake can bad mouth your business, and you let it stay on the site. That individual Is VERY sick!!!”

“We've been taking our dogs to Tina for the last six years. My large shaggy dog would easily mat, and Tina and her staff would always take the time to carefully groom him so he wouldn't need to be shaved. He would always look gorgeous coming home. He went frequently and Noah's Arf was like a second home for him. I would highly recommend them.”

“I have been taking my German Shepard to Noahs Arf for 3 yrs. I am very happy with the service we have received. The first time we took Luke to Noahs Arf he was a little nervous and snappy but is as happy as can be everytime we go back. I guess it just took some time to get use to new people. I will continue to take him there as long as they are there. happy in Redlands”

“I am very pleased with Noahs Arf. I travel 5 times a year to Redlands, Yucaipa and Palm Desert to visit family. I stop at Noahs Arf to have my 16 yr old golden rtvr. groomed and my now 8 mos old Pit Bull. They love it there the owner is very kind and loving to them. They both get excited to see her now. I will continue to take them to Noahs Arf. Like MiGroomer stated all animals act different in every enviroment. And all pet groomers i have been too state that there could be extra charges for aggressive animals. I mean hey if I would have been bit I wouldnt be too happy either. You should give the owner another try and stay or come back to see how your animal reacts. Slaughtering ones name like you did and not even giving another chance to the owner isnt fair. Thats like saying something about how you conduct yourself to your patients. Its called Karma, God didnt put us on this earth to slander others especially after only one time. You should be ashamed of your self for being so nasty. The way you talk I wouldnt go to you as a doctor even if you were the last one on the earth. baffled by peoples ignorance!!!!Yuba City”

“I have been taking both our dogs here for years. They are Golden Retriever mixes and we get them 'shaved' about 4 times a year. They do a great job and are reasonably priced.”

“It sounds like your dog may be cage aggressive. It can happen with even the friendliest dogs. I groom a bichon that is perfect, but once she goes into a kennel, she will bite anyone that comes near her. Add that to an unfamiliar place.....

I do charge more when I am bitten. My hands are my livelihood and one bite can cost me my career.

I'm a groomer (not here) and would ask that you give them another chance. I've had to had an owner come back to stay with an aggressive dog before. Sweet dog at home, the owner didn't believe me. He got there and saw his dog baring teeth at anymore who came near him. Once dad got him into the tub, everything went fine. Dogs act differently when they are a new place, and most don't want to be groomed.”

“I really wouldn't give even one star, but that is the lowest option offered on this site. I give no stars, but rather a frown and a grimace! Last Saturday our 7-month-old Shihtzu was overdue for grooming. Our usual groomer was booked, so we decided to give Noah's Arf a try. Over the phone she told me that it would cost $35 for full grooming for a male Shihtzu. I booked an appointment and she said to have him there by at 9:00 a.m. I got there at 9 and waited with two other sets of dogs & their humans and waited until she arrive at 9:20. No big deal, things happen. Shortly after I had left Burt at Noah's, I got a call from the owner asking me to come down and help get Burt out of the cage becuase he was copping an attitude. Burt??? Burt is well socialized at the dog park with strangers (dogs and people alike), our sons' home with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and different genders, and distinctly different personalities. As well, I am a psychologist in town and take Burt with me to my private practice where he gets along with a mutlitude of people unfamiliar to him and he has been well received by my patients. So, I did wonder what was going on and what was causing the problem. I told the owner that I could not come down as I had two clients that morning. She said that she would try again. I called back within ten minutes to see if things were going well and she said that she had put the cage on the ground and Burt had walked out on his own and was in the tub. Well and good---or so I thought. When my husband went to pick Burt up from Noah's Arf, she charged him $48.00. He reminded her that she had quoted $35 and that the sign above her cash register said $35 for medium-sized dogs. She said that the surcharge was because Burt had copped an attitude. Steve paid the extra amount and grumbled all the way home. By the time he told me about it, Steve was ticked. I agree. I became ticked, too. We consulted our regular groomer who was baffled by the incident. We questioned our friend who owns the most well-known pet store in Redlands. She, too, was baffled and said, What kind of attitude can a 7-month old puppy cop? On Monday we took Burt to his veternarian. He got along well with other dogs and their owners in the waiting room. Got along well with the veterinary assistants. And got along well with the Vet. Everyone was baffled and unable to understand why a purported professional dog handler would have difficulty with a 7-month pup and just as baffled by a $13 surcharge. Needless to say, Burt will not be going back to Noah's Arf. Neither will our sons' three dogs. Neither will our niece's dogs. Nor will our friends' dogs. Nor will anybody that was in our vet's waiting room. Nor will any of our acquaintances from the dog park. The list goes on. Hope the $13 was worth a host of lost customers!”
