  Most awful grooming I have ever seen. Had my Shih Tzu in for a trim and nails, and she came back with one side of her face shaved to the skin and the other short. My dog was so traumatized by the visit she now shakes when i take her out to the car, fearing that she is being taken to the groomers. I will NEVER bring her back there again to these butchers.”
