  “I brought in my small toy poodle. They clipper burned his stomach.
  
  He was still dirty, and they did a jacked up job bathing him. Ears still dirty, too.
  
  Horrible customer service. They just don't care.
  
  Plus, he was there all day long, and they forgot to call me when he was finished.
  
  I'm furious, and will tell everyone I know TO NOT BRING THEIR PET HERE.”

  “They kept my dog there all day, and forgot to call me when he was ready.
  
  I was unhappy with how he turned out, and it seemed like a rush hack job. The groomer didn't seem to care, either, despite the fact I was NOT rude to her.
  
  I'LL NEVER GO BACK. THEY ARE HACKS.”

  “My dog was severely clipper burned there. They denied any responsibility despite the fact I had to take my dog to an emergency vet.
  
  On top of that, the hair cut was horrible, her ears were still dirty, and my dog was there ALL DAY LONG.
  
  Thank God my visa company refunded my money so I could pay the vet bill.
  
  This isn't the only horror story I've heard coming out of that place.”
