  “I took my two little 3-year-old Maltese to get groomed after finding Animal Fancy on the internet. When I went to pick up the dogs, I was informed that I had to pay cash only since it was the first visit. I found this to be a odd business practice, but didn't think at the time to ask why. Two days later BOTH my dogs have ear infections, which has been determined by the vet (after paying $350 for treatment) to be caused by the groomers not doing a good job. I called the groomers to inform them, and they claim that this has nothing to do with the way they cleaned the dogs ears, and take no responsibility for it. And now, I understand why the cash transaction was requested by them. I am not the type of person to bash on businesses, but I just wanted to share my first and LAST experience with Animal Fancy, so that all you other pet owners can think twice before taking your pets there.”
