  “Let me repeat that Sam is good and have always been happy with the service she has performed on our dogs. Due to circumstances beyond her control she has had to relocate several times which was never a problem
  until now. Her present location worried me. as I walked into the yard with a strong odor of dog poop and dried pooped smashed into the grass. Upon entering the building I immediately felt uncomfortable about leaving the dogs and I never ever felt that way in any other location she had. After grooming we took them home. The oldest was loaded with hair and that is not uncommon this time of the year with him shedding. One of the Shelties was loaded with hair that had not been comb/brush out. He is four years old and this is very much out of the norm for Sam plus he had a yellow discharge out of one eye for 24 hrs. The other Sheltie had the same discharge but it did not get better.
  And we had no alternative with the soreness, discharge,swelling around the eye and his pawing the eye then to take him to Dr. Hott.
  He is on the mend now with a cream to his eye twice daily.
  Sam has done my three dogs for about three years and never had a problem. I can't help but believe this eye thing came about from the place not being throughly cleaned. I certainly hope she corrects what needs to be corrected before losing any more customers.
