  “I chose Tiki Tails to take my dog to because it got so many good reviews, but I didn't have a good experience at all! My dog came back with an uneven coat, he was scared, he was super thirsty which tells me they didn't give him water the entire 4 hours he was there. He also had razor burn on the inside of his back legs, and had lots of bloody, irritated bald spots. Also, I could tell that he had had blood wiped off of his back paw. It looked like they cut his paw, and then cleaned it so I wouldn't notice. The next day, he urinated inside the house which he has never, ever done since I brought him home from the shelter over a year ago. Yes, their prices are very good, but I guess you get what you pay for. I was not pleased!”

  “I really like this store. The owners are VERY nice and it's the only place my scared dog has had a good experience getting his nails done. The groomer is gentle and kind and takes her time with him.
  Good selection of products and treats. WE loved going there! :)”

  “You can be confident that your dog will receive the best of care at Tiki Tails. My dog loved going to be groomed. They were very good and also always helped me since I had problems with mobility. They would come out to the car to get my baby and bring her back to the car smelling and looking great. Very caring people.”

  “Before taking my Princess to Tiki Tails we had some not so great experiences with groomers who smoked, groomers who cut or burned her skin and groomers who didn't finish the job (leaving ears uncleaned, not clipping toe nails, etc.) Having no behavioral problems, this left me wondering if we would ever find a groomer who would do a complete groom and not send my dog home smelling like cigarettes or with raw skin. Tiki Tails is that place. I couldn't be more pleased with their services and special attention my Princess gets each time she goes for her groom. They are committed to their clients and their work shows it. Couldn't be happier and would refer friends without hesitation!”
