  “I have been using The Poodle Place for 21 years. I have stayed with Jeanie and David out of loyalty really. Although they do a great job with my Westie. I have watched their prices inching higher and higher; each time I return it's another $2. When it got to $40, I was a bit miffed. Next time I went in it was $45. I just went in today and I was charged $50. Why? I asked. I was told because you haven't brought her in for nearly 3 months well I do that because your prices are so high I responded. But I keep her brushed and bathe her every 2 weeks or so. (Anymore is not good for their skin). My point was that my hairdresser would charge me the same if 2 inches or 3 inches were cut from my hair. David (who has always been the difficult one), picked my doggie up from the floor and virtually slammed her on the counter in anger.Here, take your dog! This could be checked on their CCTV. But another customer came in at the time and witnessed this. I am forgetting my loyalty. I love Jeannie, but she is married to a mad man.”
