  “This is by far the best grooming salon anywhere! Your dog is never put in a cage, and the staff is nothing but helpful. I have taken my dog to other groomers , but could barely drag him through the door. He loves it there. He trots right through the doggy door with his tail up happy as could be! We have been going there for two years now, and I will never go anywhere else.”

  “Im shocked by these reviews. I have taken my dogs there for years and never had any of these problems. If there is a concern they have always been thoughtful and caring. I understand it is very hard work and sometimes dogs will be dogs but if you dont like the service dont go back its as simple as that.”

  “I would never take my dog to this place again...they groomed her without bathing and cutting her nails. When I questioned them they got all mad and said the dog defacated in the bath water that is why she smells like an unwashed dog. The dog didnt even want to go back to that place....it is getting shadier and shadier....”

  “Please note as the owner of Puppy Love that I am dismayed these customers did not contact me directly to voice their complaints. I can assure you that the problems would have been quickly handled. The crew 2008 crew is no longer with us and the owner is now in the shop full time. Yes our hours are from 9-3 because we only do a few dogs a day. This way each pet gets our complete attention.”

  “I have to agree with the other reviewer. When I was trying to clarify their hours and asked about picking them up at 4 in the afternoon they said, We close at 3. Those are not our hours. and hung up on me. I wasn't even given a chance to find out when I could pick them up.”

  “Do not take your dog to Puppy Love. I called to inquire about services for my puppy. I proceeded to ask questions as any responsible dog owner should with regard to care and treatment. Instead of taking the time to answer my questions they became irritated and annoyed and had we are doing you a favor if we groom your dog attitude. Extremely poor customer service. I guess customers who care enough about their dogs to ask questions are considered high maintenance. They don't listen to what the customer has to say, they talked over me, total lack of respect for the dog and customer. Who leaves their dog at a groomers without asking questions. Their is NO PUPPY LOVE in that shop”

  “Hi, We took our dogs to Puppy Love 4 or 5 times and we noticed that they were still dirty on their underbody. After the last visit one of the ladies there made a comment that one of our dogs went to the bathroom and she acted like it was a problem for her. This is a normal reaction for dogs and she should know that! I will no longer take my dogs there due to the horrible quality and lack of care. Anyone who grooms your dog should never complain about it. If the dog is not biting them or putting other dogs in danger than the problem is not the dog but the person grooming. The bottom line is nobody will care about your dog as much as you! My expectations are very high. Some people may have a great expierience with them, but I was not one of those people! Good luck.”
