  “I've been going here for many years and they have always been very kind to both my dogs and I. They are always very genital with my older dog and make her as comfortable as they can. Both my dogs always leave there looking beautiful and smelling wonderful! I'll never go anywhere else.”

  “It was the worst experience possible - the manager was rude, didn't listen, and acted annoyed at having to answer any questions. She didn't treat me well - or my dog. She grabbed his leash away from me and jerked it hard to discipline him HER way. I told her I had some concerns and she immediately said to take my dog elsewhere - she didn't even TRY to keep my business. If you care about your animals - take them somewhere else, this place is dreadful and the customer service is appalling.
  Then I spoke with the owner of this facility and she immediately tried to put the blame on me asking if I was mean first or if my dog bit her - I never once recieved an apology or anything to calm my reservations of this place - just excuses and accusations. DON'T GO HERE - PLEASE! For your dog's sake, if not yours as well.”
