  “My neighbor took her dog to this kennel to be groomed. When she went to pick up the dog it was in terrible shape. The small terrier had a swollen black eye, a bloody nose, ruptured blood vessels in both eyes and was wheezing. The indifferent staff said that the dog snapped at the Groomer and she knocked it off the table and left it hang by the neck for a while. The next day the Groomer - and owner- told the customer that these things just happen, and was very rude to her. I would NEVER take an animal to this place. If you love your dog don't go to All Phase K9.”

  “My family and I went on vacation for two weeks and left both of our dogs at All Phase K9. We called twice during this time to check on our dogs, only to hear that our largest dog supposedly wagged his tail so much that the end busted open. When we picked our dogs up, we were informed that our large dog that busted his tail open had been kept in a grooming cage up front for an entire week. He could not move or even stand in this cage. They didn't even know his name (they spelled it wrong on the sticky they attached to his leash). They forgot to give us the toys and bones we left for our dogs and after asking them to bring them out, the bag had never been opened and the bones and new toys had been left untouched. Our dog that had busted his tail open was skinny to begin with, but now was so skinny we could see his bones. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS KENNEL AGAIN AND PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO ALL PHASE K9. We brought our dogs home, where they gulped down bowls of water and slept the entire first day home. This is the second day they are home and they are beginning to return to their normal, happy disposition.”

  “This was the second time we used All Phase K9 for our small dog. Both times our dog spent from Saturday morning until Monday morning. The first time it took our dog two days to return to his normal happy self. He appeared exhausted probably from lack of sleep. I felt that this may be due to this being the first time at a kennel and around numerous dogs. The second time when we went to pick him up the employees (not the owner who has always been very friendly and an obvious dog-lover) did not know our dog. The employees asked questions in an attempt to identify our dog from similar dogs in the kennel. The time it took to retrieve our dog caused us concern. Our concern was met with a rather indifferent attitude. After 15 minutes the employee brought our dog out. Our dogs toys and extra food had been lost. His small bed was full of hair from another dog. When we arrived home our dog drank a half of a small bowl of water. It was obvious that he was extremely thirsty. This kennel, which appears to board numerous dogs at a time, was not a good fit for our dog. We will not be using this kennel in the future.”
