  “I have taken my dog here a few times with only one bad experience and I think that problem either quit or was fired... it was in the past that I walked in early and caught the groomer screaming at my fidgety dog and tugging at him roughly....not a way to treat a person, pet, child, client etc etc etc....after a year I went back as I did not see this groomer anymore and my experiences were above standard and awesome the cuts exceptional”

  “Elizabeth does a beautiful job on my cockapoos and they adore her. They are not kept in crates at all, not even to dry. She fluff dries them and they have never been injured (unlike my experience at Bow Meow and PetSmart).”

  “The groomer ripped the hair off my dog's back with an undercoat brush. He was bleeding, and left on the slippery tile floor with his hind legs split apart for over an hour. He was unable to walk for the remainder of the day without help. The business seems like a front for another money-making operation.”
