  “This shop is completely incompetent.
  
  The owner has some serious attitude problems. The groomers aren't anywhere near qualified, they've raised their prices so often it's unbelievable, the pet boarding is WAY overpriced and they don't do half of what they say they will.
  
  This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had WITH ANY COMPANY.”

  “I worked for this emotionally unstable young woman a few years ago. And, wittnessed her kicking a Shepherd that she had tied to a pole in the middle of the shop.
  
  She was furious that she had undercharged a customer, and took it out on the dog.
  
  I really hope she's grown up and learned some patience. Not to mention, how malicious she was to her employees. A complete back stabber.
  
  She also ripped off her landlord of her first shop rental. Left the place an absolute mess.
  
  I should of quit a lot sooner.”
