  “Lisa the groomer at Mountain View is funny! She loves our pets, and has done such a nice job grooming a very matted old lab cross for us this spring. We realize we probably neglected this dog, but Lisa never made us feel bad, just gave us helpful hints to avoid serious problems in the future. Friendly, effective, and capable, and great with the pets!”
