  “I have used The Pooch Parlor Mobile Dog Grooming services for 8 years now. In the beginning, Alison did a great job on all three of my dogs. However, as her business expanded, the quality of service and groomers she employed declined substantially. I recently attempted to address concerns regarding abrasions I found on my dog after a grooming appointment. Immediately, the phone conversation turned acrimonious and Allison became belligerent and volatile. In 8 years, I had previously made one complaint regarding one of her groomers admittedly yelling at my dog during the grooming session. Allison told me that all dogs need to be taught grooming manners, and that she advocated the actions taken by her employee. Needless to say, I will not be using The Pooch Parlor ever again.”
