  “I can't tell you how great Rhonda and her staff were for me! I was in a dire situation with a death in the family and was trying to save a dog from being put down. However, the pooch was a mess! And I mean a real mess. Other groomers, upon hearing my situation, would quickly respond with a we can't help you. I needed help that exact day so that I could make my way back to Austin so as to get the dog out of a dangerous situation.
  Not only did Rhonda take us in and clean up the dog beautifully...she did so by keeping her shop open late. I was in tears upon seeing the dog and what a fabulous job they did. I'm so grateful that there are still people in the world today that are willing to help those in need during some really tough situations.
  Needless to say, I gave her a long hug before we left.
  That pooch is now in a new loving home with a family that adores him. Thank you Rhonda and your staff!!!”

  “$86 haircut - My wife was treated very poorly by a contracted groomer who was not an employee and was extremely rude to my 13 year old son. Our 2 year old goldendoodle has been there before at least twice. We would like an explanation. Words cannot express the inappropriateness of the lady's behavior. She actually said that she wasn't supposed to be there, didn't want to be there and walked out on the conversation. Very strange, very disappointed, dumbfounded.”

  “I absolutely LOVE The Dog House. My family and I have taken our dogs there for well over 10 years and have never had a bad experience (and I have long-haired dogs who need frequent trips to see Aunt Rhonda).
  Rhonda treats every dog like it is her own and truly cares about what she does. My dogs LOVE going to see her. She runs a fantastic and friendly business and I highly recommend her.”

  “I took my cookapoo in to get groomed. I told them I did not want her shaved, they showed me a dog getting groomed and asked if that length would be ok. I said yes and left. I came back and to my horror my dog was completley shaved, everywhere!!!!! She looked like an overgrown rat, it was horrible! When I talked with them about specifically asking for my dog to be shaved and what about the length of the dog they show me, they told me that the other dog had about a months growth on him! They should have told me! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG THERE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! They should have called me to pick up my dog if they could not properly cut her! When I complained about how upset I was, they told me just not to bring my dog there anymore! HORRIBLE SERVICE!”
