  “They used to have a really talented groomer. Her name was Jackie. She was polite and very helpful and every time I brought my miniature schnauzer there I was more than pleased with the results she gave me. My dog was more than soft, smelled great, and was happy to see me. In fact he loved going to see his groomer. Then one day she was gone. She has been gone for several months now. Since then I heard through the doggie grapevine that her reason for leavng so abruptly was due to unpleasing working conditions I have been to this clinic to drop off my dog for grooming at 8am on a Tuesday and watched Dr. Ervin stomping around and cussing and waving her arms like a mad person while she slams things around and points her finger in the face of anyone who may be around while she directs her rants at them for a while. If I worked for this woman I would quit too. I have recently relocated Jackie and am so happy to have her grooming our schnauzer again. I tell everyone I know about her and where she works. I would urge ANYONE to bring their dog to her. If you would like to try her services she can be found at Dogtopia in Waco doing what she does best in a much HAPPIER place for dogs.”
