  “I took my 15 1/2 yr old dog in especially to get the hair out of his feet pads so he could walk better....and to get his nail clipped..the nails were clipped, but, well, it is still there..I asked, was told, we did the best job they could....he was still wet and OMG, I wanted to cry when I saw him. If they are professionals, they need to get out of business.”
