I was looking for a place to take my dog but after reading bad reviews and then a customer following up with a response which defends the store..it clearly is someone who works or owns this establishment. As well as calling out someone by name later in comments and saying go take your pills again! Way to represent a business!! Trashy people!!”

    “All of the whack stuff on here is nonsense it's a ex employee of pretty paws mam could u please grow up that would b nice thanks so PAM CRUMP take ur pills and go to bed and leave pretty paws out of it thanks!!!!! I love pretty paws they have wonderful people working for them they are sweet and respectful and to the people that say ur dogs have fleas on them after being dipped..maybe just maybe if ur house and yard were not infested with fleas this would not happen so u might want to clean ur house up and ur yard!!!!!! And to all the people making up stuff Jesus will take care of u!!!:) I have a poodle that goes to pretty paws and loves it there I have never had a problem!:) they are the BEST thanks everyone that works there!!!!”

    “This is the real dana webb whoever is using my name has mental issues i am still employed at pretty paws. This exemployee that is typing these reviews her lithium needs to be raised up if i knew her dr I would call him she is a danger to other animals I have witnessed her string dogs up in several straps and choke them. and throw them against the wall. I DO NOT APPRECIATE someone using my name.And she is no longer employeed here she has only been grooming for 3 years and not the 25 suspected.....”

    “My name is Rhonda McCommas and have just recently saw some of the reviews on here....They were made by an X employee by the name of Pam that has nothing better to do but slander Pretty Paws.We are sorry for websites on here that allows just anyone to get on here and make up things that are not true about a business.I invite all customers to come in and spend the day here with us and see how we treat our babies.An angry employee posted all these bad reviews.Its amazing that we have won Best Of East Texas over and over again and we ARE the best!!!     “We have been very disappointed with pretty paws we have gone there for years have 3 dogs that get groomed weekly the girl up front is on some kind of dope she is rude and never listens to what I have to say just grabs my dogs and takes them back and just leaves me standing there I don't know what has happened but ever since their manager passed away the place has went downhill BAD there are teenagers running around half dressed screaming and cutting up not exactly business like I won't be back we found a new groomer who listens to us and treats us with respect and my dogs couldn't be happier my Mother has also changed from Pretty Paws WE WONT GO BACK!!!! Stay Away if you and your dogs want to be treated with respect I hate to see what goes on behind closed doors!”

    “I used to work for them and all they care about is quantity not quality I have witnessed the owner's daughter hitting dogs on several occasions the owner does not care you are expected to groom until you can't groom anymore they don't care about the dogs the owner has no control over the total chaos in the shop everyday and doesn't care the want quantity and don't care about quality do your dog a favor find another shop even if you have to pay a little more it is well worth it if you love your dog”

    “I am a dog groomer in this town and the customers here get exactly what they pay for. The prices in this town are insanely cheap and no self respecting groomer would work for these prices. Any complaint about groom shops in this town should be taken in respect to what the parents expect for the prices they are willing to pay. I wouldnt trust my dog being groomed by people working for such cheap prices. Too many corners have to be cut at such low prices.”

    “My mother took her dog in when we got it back it was the worst job I had ever seen we talked to some short fat girl who was extremely rude. She said she did what was asked well we didn't ask her to cut our dog when we got home there was a chunk out of his ear that had some kind of glue on it. We will groom our dog ourself before we ever go back there.”

    “i will always use PRETTYPAWS!!!!! it is way better than any other place. they treat there dogs and or cats as if they are their own=]and the reason people still have fleas after getting their dogs dipped is because ur HOUSE IS INFESTED in fleas!anyways Prettypaws is the best!!!!!!!”

    “Lots of times the nails split because the customer doesnt have her dogs nails cut often enough or they are hard and brittle due to the age of the dog. Pretty paws now uses pedipaws nailgrinder at request.”

    “I love pretty paws. They have allways been there for me. As for the flea problem they tell you the fleas have become immune to the dip and they have a new product called capstar that kills fleas within 30 min. of taking the pill really works.”

    “I have had terrible problems with fleas at Pretty Paws. Even after having them dip, redip and redip again my dogs; they still have problems. I even had them redip my poodle and had her back to me so she did not go back into a crate but when I got in the car she was still covered in fleas. I will not longer use this facility.”

    “To be fair, I usually have a decent experience at Pretty Paws. This Saturday I took my dog in for basic cleaning, nail clipping, teeth brushing, and flea dip. By Sunday, 2 of her nails were split in half. On Monday, I found 2 fleas on her. Not sure how this is possible if she really was flea dipped. Very disappointed.”
