  “I have spent almost $2,000 at this store since March 2008. Until now...nothing to complain loudly about. Today I tried to return a $13.99 dog lead and was told that since it had been more than 5 (FIVE) days I couldn't return it. With 99.9% of retail stores offering a minimum of 30 days on return policies what is wrong with this picture? When told they were losing a customer a rather sour employee named Rachel nonchalantly said...okay. Her response only leads me to believe they've just gotten used to losing customers and have resigned themselves to offering slacker service, not good customer service relations. It may seem like a small thing to some but when you regularly spend more than you need to trying to support mom and pop businesses you tend to expect them to treat you like a valued customer.”
