  “I have been taking my small yorkies to Pam for almost a year and I love her work she does for my pets and my dogs look foward to seeing her and her assistant Jennifer Spears they are very friendly and get the job done I don't think I will ever find a place as satisfying as Pams”

  “Very specifically told them wanted my collie trimmed as a collie and sheltie trimmed as sheltie. Pick them up to discovered their bellies had been shaved. VERY UPSET. They look ridiculous with shaved bellies. Called back up there and was told that both dogs had excessive stickers and tangles in their hair and that they had no other choice. Not true because I had just combed them a few days previous and that aside I was specific that I DID NOT want their hair cut short or shaved. Will not take my dogs there again.
  First time I took my collie in they did an excellent job. Second trip ruined it forever. Also, friend of mine has an indoor dog and they shaved her bellie and when the owner ask why, they told her the same thing. Which wasn' true either.”
