  “I take care of an elderly lady on a fixed income. She doesn't have access to the internet & is afraid to say anything to the groomers. But I'm not. She had her dog clipped & cleaned last week & the dog came back half groomed & with fleas! What do I mean by half groomed? Only half her body was kinda clipped! Her ears not touched, her feet not touched, her anal glands not cleaned as promised, toes not trimmed, one ear shorter than the other. It's horrible! We were told the grommers were busy & the owner of the dog told the company she could do it another day. But they just insisted on picking the dog up that day. Now if you're over loaded don't take in more than you can handle! Now the lady I take care of is gonna have to find a different groomer to fix what they did to that poor dog. And she's sure don't have the money to do it either. What really makes me mad is the dog left with NO fleas & came home with fleas all over her! So not only does she look pitiful, but she's scratching herself to death. I hope this gets around to everyone!”
