  “I had made an appt for my yorkie 2 plus weeks in advance. This would be our first visit. Kelly had sent me a reminder email of my appt date but left out two key elements. The drop off time and a phone number to reach her. As I arrived, I unbuckled my 3 yr old, 1 year old, and got my dog before entering. I noticed a sign on the door that said no pets allowed to be dropped off after 9:30. Upon entering, she asked if this was Schatzi, my dog. I replied yes. She then said that she had given my appt away. She offered to squeeze my dog in but she wouldn't be ready for another 6-7 hours. That was unacceptable to me, but to avoid any confrontation we walked out, I placed my children and dog in the car and looked at the time. By then it was 9:50. We may have been a few minutes late, but I couldn't help but be extremely disappointed and I walked back in to ask if she had tried to call me before giving my appt away. She replied that she didn't feel she needed to call me because she had sent an email. I can't help but feel that was entirely unfair given the email did not provide the information that most businesses do. I knew the appt date because I was looking forward to it. What I was unsure of was the business number and drop off time. A few minutes late, with obviously my hands full, and I was turned away. Terrible terrible terrible customer service. A phone call at the least would have been sufficient. But a comment such as she didn't need to call me, was not only rude, but extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend going here. If she is going to treat ame like she did, how is she going to treat your animal?”
