  “Karla is the best groomer and dog-trainer I've ever known. My two dogs LOVE to go see her and they always look beautiful when I pick them up. My sheltie has a really thick undercoat that tangles easily. Karla tackles that coat with patience, persistence, and perhaps a little magic, because her coat is smooth and soft and gorgeous when she is done.”
