  “I've brought several of my dogs in to Heritage Pet Salon and when I picked them up not only were did they have burns (which have turned into permanent scars) from the grooming sheers getting too hot and being pressed against the skin but the staff was very rude, didn't apologize and they charged me more than what was agreed when I dropped my dogs off. I called several times and left messages with the manager and owner to call me back but not once have they called or shown me any respect when I have gone in to talk with them. I've never been treated in such an unprofessional way and I warn anyone who cares about their pet to stay away from Heritage Pet Salon.”
