  “I took my poodle to get her trim when I went for her she looked fine as were going home both of her ears started bleeding. I went back and asked for the manager which was very unprofessional, rude and uneducated. He rigth away said that cuts had not happen in their place and didn't offer an apology or expressed any type of interest in keeping me as a customer. I would pay 40-50 dollars everytime I went but I guess their business is doing great, that don't care about customer retention. I will not recommend this place to anybody.”
