    “My mother brought her 2 Bichons for a groom. They both came out scalped! One of them looked like a blind person took the razor and shaved her so unevenly, she has razor burns. My mom had to take her to the vet to get a shot and to make sure the sores were not infected. Both dogs have skin exposed from the grooming.”
