  “I was sad to see the previous review. I have kept my dogs there since they first opened, and the staff has always tried so hard to keep me happy--and I am VERY particular about the care of my dogs. Don't be afraid to try them out. They really do seem to care about the dogs!”

  “This is a response to the anonymous unhappy customer who is critical of our service. We make every effort to satisfy our guest as well as their owners. Since this complaint was anonymous we can not reply directly to this particular incident. However, it is company policy to correct and resolve any problem that may occur at our facility. We as a company have always addressed issues such as these and expect our employees to provide superior professional service at all times. Since no one in management was approached by this person about this, there is little more to be said about the incident.

  “Would not go back! When I arrived no one was at the front desk. The girl was apparently late to work. Then she couldn't find my dog when I arrived. How do you misplace someone's dog. Ridiculous! They first attempted to give me someone else's dog and said they left her in the grooming cage overnight. After I said, that's not my dog they kept looking.
  They then realized they were supposed to put her in a suite and they never moved her, so who knows where she was staying.
  One would have thought they would have offered me some sort of discount after all of this...but no I got nothing!!!”
