  “I would trust and do take my pets there its a great place. The owner wrote me a letter about the issue of the dog Scooby that was in the earlier post,
  
  Why don't you tell the full story about your dog Scooby's stay at Pawfect Style:
  Your reservations were for only one week, while you traveled to Michigan and you said you would be back before Christmas.
  
  When trying to contact you on the 21st, the phone number you left was wrong. You finally called on the 26th of December, at which time you were told of the concern about Scooby being fed twice a day, yet loosing weight. Your reply was yeah, I know he is young and does that at home. He is very hyper.
  
  When in fact upon speaking with his Vet. found out that Scooby was loaded with hook worms, that no matter what or how much he was fed, it would be of no value to the dog!
  
  Further more Scooby was not picked up until January 4th 2007, 12 days past the past your reservation date. adding insult to injury with your comments the boarding bill remains unpaid since the check you presented was not any good.”

  “Staff is very rude...I had to miss appt because I had emergency surgery and was told I could not get new appt on phone that I would have to come in person to make new appt.When I mentioned my surgery was on my knee and I could not walk I was told Too bad and promptly hung up on.”

  “BEWARE HAD OUR DOG 16 DAYS. WHEN WE GOT BACK OUR DOG WAS A RACK OF BONES!TOOK HIM TO THE VET THE VET SAID HE WAS NOT GIVEN FOOD!!”

  “They had our dog for 16 days and never fed him. He went in a healthy Doberman and came back a rack of bones. We were told he ate very well. We are lucky he is still alive!!”
