  “This place had terrible customer service and mediocre gromming(at best). The staff here seems to all be on a different page. They were confused and short tempered. I had to talk to several different people to explain what I wanted and was never really sure that my message was relayed. I got different stories about pick up and price depending on who I spoke with. I attempted to clarify this with the owner, but was met with a very rude response. My concern is always the care of my pet and I worry that if they treat the humans that they are doing busy with so poorly, how will they treat my pet.? Costs were also tacked on at the end of the service that I was not told about. I may have been willing to overlook some of this if they had done a great job or seemed especially loving toward my pet. They were neither and I will not be going back.”
