  “I had a completely different experience with LTP. I did not use Susan Gates but my LTP experience was wonderful. Did a fantastic job, exactly what I asked for and my dog so so much happier than when I dropped her off at the regular groomer.”

  “This is the worst groomer in the history of groomers. A friend of mine has a Shih Tzu that had long silky hair and they shaved her, cut her leg, and told them if it got infected to take her to the vet. Her hair is choppy, long in spots, skin showing in others. Her license should be revoked. And she had the nerve to charge them to RUIN their dog. I have before and after pics for anyone who would like to see their work.”
