  “I won't use this groomer again. The owner does seem to care and love pets, however, the groomer is another story. My dog has severe clipper burn on his bottom, and he passed out for 2 days after being groomed, acting crazy. I had to insist she not shave him, after her saying, sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do. She doesn't listen to what the customer wants. I let the owner know, as I would want to know, but she is in denial and insists none of this happened. Never again!”
