  “Deb shaved my severely matted long haired cat and did a great job, I'm sure with no cooperation from the cat. She called to say she didn't want to bathe her as planned because she felt she wouldn't tolerate it, and I appreciated her concern for how my cat was responding. I'm giving only 2 stars because the price was the same as had been quoted for the shaving and bath.”

  “Staff was rude when dogs were picked up. When we questioned how the dog's nail were clipped, she offered to clip them until they bled to prove she was correct. In a phone conversation with the owner, Rick, he hung up the phone on us when he didn't like what he was being told about his staff. If they treat the customer like this imagine how they will treat your furry family friend. Avoid this businesS! they also charged $15 more per dog than any other groomer in the area.”

When owner, Rick, was told this he hung up the phone on us. They charged $15 more per dog than any other groomer in the area. If they treat their customers this way, imagine how they will treat your furry family friend. Don't trust your pet to this business!!”
