  “They are slightly on the higher end cost wise but, having been other places that charged almost as much and did a horrible job, I consistently choose Pet Salon. They do a FANTASTIC job, they love on the animals, and are totally worth the money.”

  “My wife and I live in the military and we've been to many pet groomers over the years. This was hands down the best experience we've ever had!!!! My dog looked like she was ready for a show. I wish we were going to live here forever so we could continue getting our pets groomed at the Pet Salon.”

  “Dropped off a healthy cat, picked one up who had eye damage and could barely walk. Techs suggested that he maybe had a stroke as a result of stress from the grooming. Rather then call me to inform me that he had these symptoms so that I could get him immediate medical attn, they decided to proceed with the grooming, and wait for the regular pick up time to let me know. I rushed him to the vet who said it looked more likely that he suffered a trauma then a stroke. When I called to find out what happened, I was given several accounts as to what happened. I got the owner on the phone, and not only was she not apologetic or sympathetic, she (Jaime Schiliro) was confrontational, accusatory, and insulting. I asked her to cover the $160 vet bill since whatever happened, happened in her care, she reluctantly agreed, she has not even been honorable to follow through on this... still waiting for the check.”

  “These guys are fearless! I have a cat who is a terror to transport and won't let me groom her. These guys give her a bath, cut and nail clipping and don't tell me never to come back!”
