  “this review is based on a visit in late 2007. we have a poodle mix and they are right around the corner, so i stopped by. there was no one at the front, but i could hear someone talking in the back. a bell rang when i came in, as i recall, and though i waited for over a minute, no one ever came to check on me. additionally, it smelled a little funny in there and didn't seem very clean -- didn't see dirt, but things were scattered about in a nearby room (door was open, visible from front desk). i go to lexidog now, it's great!”

  “I called this morning 10/23/2009 and I had a very rude lady on the phone as well. She said she was too full to take any more apt.'s and try after the first of the year which was fine, but have better customer service about it. Negative attitudes leave bad impressions of you and your business. Especially w/ these hard economic times I'd rather my dollars go to a business w/ a friendlier atmosphere.”

  “I had a brief conversation with A Poodle Chateau inquiring about their services. The person with whom I spoke was rude and I came away with a feeling that I would not take my poodle there for grooming. I don't need a groomer with a bad attitude.”
