“love these girls. I have realized i can't wait longer than 6 weeks to do my dog or common sense will tell you the dog would have to be shaved.when a dog gets wet it should be brushed at home. I have 3 and sometimes they can't help the condition of the dogs when we decide its time for a groom. We usually wait to long and they can't do miracles. They are really nice girls to talk to and maybe if the unhappy customer before me would of done that they could explained why they had to be shaved. they normally don't like to shave unless it's necessary. it hurts the dog to comb out matts after they been there to long. I took some of there helpful tip and started taking care of my dog between grooms and my dogs never have to be shaved. Love ya girls and keep up the good work. I'm happy!!!!!! I'll be back and i ain't going no where.”

“These folks have butchered my dog! I have asked them over and over for a simple schnauzer cut and they have shaved my dog two times in a row. There will not be a third! My aunt has also had her two dogs poorly cut by them. Never, never, never take your dog there!”
