  Dog Neglect at Four Paws Inn

  “Do NOT bring your pets here for any reason. Zero stars, negative stars - if that were possible for a review. My family took our 4 year old (sweet as a dog could ever be) shepherd here for boarding for three days just after Christmas in 2014. When we picked her up from Four Paws Inn - Bismarck, her paws were covered with crusted feces and urine. Deplorable. Unbelievable. I called them today asking for a manager and was told that she would call me back tomorrow. Regardless of the conversation we may or may not have, there is NO - NO possible excuse for this being tolerable or acceptable at any level, for any reason. I am completely and utterly disgusted.”

  “I LOVE this place and so does my puppy, they have been a godsend I never have to worry is he ok while I am at work and he is so excited when I drop him off he practically leaps out of my arms.”

  Paw and Claw Pet Palace

  “I have had much luck with Paw & claw. He has been going there for about 2 years now and doesn't fuss. I once took him to Bismarck pet smart because we had family pictures the same day. Pet smart called during our pictures and said they couldn't do anything with him because he was doing alligator rolls and expressing his anal glands. We have never had that problem with Paw & claw! They have always been nice, courteous, and more than willing to listen to your needs.”

  “I tell my dog that he's going to the dog spa. He's been there several times, and I've been impressed with the information from staff when I've picked him up. They noticed his walking idiosyncracies, that I had gotten used to. They've been very prompt with callbacks, when I've left a message for a reservation, also. My dog will be having a spa weekend again next month.”
