    “I took my two dogs there Saturday june 3rd....by friday they both had kennel cough which they got there. I dropped them off at 9 I didn't get them back until after 2 , when I got them back they were on the verge of a heat stroke..they were panting so hard that not only were they in distress but there eyes were rolling back. What a shame to run a dog business like this and a disgrace please please do not take your dogs there unless you want to pay a vet bill...they have lost my business and If you love your fur babies stay away from them..”

    “After having tried a few other Boarding locations for my dog, I would not CONSIDER taking my Little Man Rhett anywhere other than Waggin Tails! NO WAY. He Loves it there. Once inside the door, he forgets I'm there nd automatically heads for the back, ready to play. Thank You Guys for taking such loving care of my Baby!”

    “My wife and I usually carry our dog to Waggin' Tails, so we are not strangers. We were scheduled to go to Houston the Friday after the big storm. Well we thought we would be stuck here and did not pursue leaving until Thursday afternoon at 3:00pm. We called and they of course were closed, but Wendell answered the phone. My wife talked with him and he said to bring her on over and he would take care of her. Let me tell you, these people will do what ever you need them to do to take care of your dog. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. to quote Tony the Tiger They're GREAT!”

    “The owner and staff at Waggin Tails love animals. Their customer service is top notch. My husband accidently let our chihauhau out of the car while taking her in for a bath. These wonderful people left the store and tried to help him find her. They followed her down the street and into the woods. They drove around neighborhoods alerting people she was missing. They also posted a notice on their website that she was missing. Going to other groomers, you at times can not get them to acknowledge you when you walk in. I do not believe any other groomer in the area would have taken the time or showed the concern that the people at Waggin Tails did for our little Chihauhau.”

    “I got my Luke in 8/2012. I crated him while I was at work. He began having behavioral issues. His vet recommended Waggin Tails. He has now been going there 5 days/week since Jan. 2013. He loves it and I love it. I would not trust anyone else to care for my little Luke. The staff is awesome. It is obvious how much they love the animals. My Luke can't wait to go every am. He will leave my arms to go into his Grandma Wendy's (one of owners) arms as quickly as you snap your fingers.This makes me feel good. He loves all of staff there and they love him. They are not only dedicated to providing the best care for our pets, but they also support our community.”

    Chelsea has found FUN!

    “In January 2013, Chelsea's Daddy decided to leave us. Chelsea was very attached to her Daddy. She became very depressed and I did not know what to do. My neighbors recommended Waggin' Tails. I called and spoke to the owner who is just lovely. I knew immediately the owner just cared and loved doggies. That was a beginning for me. My Chelsea is the world to me! Chelsea started attending play school at Waggin' Tails every other day. Some mornings when it is not her scheduled day to go to play school, I look at Chelsea and her eyes just speak to me as if she is saying I know today is not Waggin' Tails day...but Mama if I could... I soon find Chelsea in the front seat of the car just watching as we drive to Waggin' Tails. She jumps out of the car...sniffs...and when she hears the owner's voice...she goes running. It is so comforting to me that Chelsea is having fun while I work. When I pick her up from Waggin' Tails... I get a report on what she did that day. This is a place with no crates. The doggies socialize and find their place. Chelsea has found her play school and loves people and the other doggies. Thank you Waggin' Tails for caring for my beloved Chelsea!!!”

    “I have been taking my dogs to Waggin Tails for probably 2 years now, and there is no other place I will go. The prices are incredible and you can tell the staff really loves animals. They do an excellent job at grooming, boarding and at the daycare. My dogs look and smell great for weeks compared to taking them to other places. Definately give this place a try!!!”

    “My wife and I travel frequently and we hated to leave our dog in the kennel. UNTIL we found Waggin' Tails. Now I'm not sure where our dog would rather be, there or at home! The staff are wonderful and our dog will knock you down to get in. SHE LOVES THIS PLACE....”

    “The people at waggin tails are great! They have reasonably prices and the doggie day care is great along with the pick up and drop off for your doggies....it is a great thing for pet owners who struggle to haul their doggies back and forth to get groomed! Love Waggin Tails!”
