  “I have been taking my dogs to them for at least 10 years. When I travel back home to florida I can't find any groomers that cut my dogs like they do. I would recommend this company to everyone and Jolynn you don't know if there is more to the story maybe the woman canceled and changed her appointment alot.. and in business if a make an appointment and your late it messes up every other customers pick up time.”

  “With all the wonderful groomers in Haywood County do not go to The Dog House. Sandra the owner is in grave need of anger management...she used language towards this poor woman who was late picking up her dog that would have made a sailor blush. Get some therapy lady, meanwhile, I will be taking my pooch to a groomer that is professional and pleasant. I wouldn't have believed it had I not seen this with my own eyes!!! I had heard rumors that the lady was nuts...not rumors anymore!!!”

  “The owner is one of the most disagreeable and angry person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. If she is this way with humans I shudder how she must treat the dogs. With all the optiions out there...go somewhere where customer service is the rule, rather than exception”
