  “I've Been seaching for a good groomer for a while now and finally found my place!!! This place is wonderful! As a new dog owner, I was quite nervous about taking my puppy for his first hair cut. I have a mini goldendoodle with a adorable, but high maintenance coat. Jackie listened to how I wanted my dog's cut to look like and took the time to explain what exactly they were going to do. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog there because it was evident they take very good care of all their customers!”

  “We have been taking our little Shih-tzu to Puppy Luv for years. We love Jennifer. My dog has always been a bit skiddish and shaky around groomers, vets, ect.. She seems very calm there compared to other places. One time she did claw at the cage and broke her nails, since then they call me immediately to pick her up so she doesnt need to be in a cage. Our girl Jen is great and Roxy is not scared of her :) They are consistant on her cuts and always make room for her when her mommy trys to get her in last minute!”

  “There seems to be two different businesses listed- one in Cornelieus and one in Monroe. They seem to be seperate businesses, different owners. The Monroe shop is great. My dogs love it there.”

  Cut and bleeding

  “We took our dog to Pupp Luv and we were confident when walked in the door. The people were very polite and nice. When we pick our dog up he was bleeding and clawing to get out out of the door. I understand that when you are giving a dog a hair cut the dog moves, but Debbie tried to pass it off as the cuts were there before. If she would have told the truth and said I cut him under his arm I would have passed it off as an accident. Upon further notice when we got him home I noticed several more cuts. Without a doubt I will never take my dog back again. The people are very nice, but the results speak speak for themselves.”
