Bad customer service at grooming salon

“I made an appointment to take my dog in who is a little hyper so I gave him a sedative. Upon mentioning this to the clerk she informed me that they are unable to take animals on sedation. I understand but they failed to notify me of this in advance. So this ruined my plans for the day. I wasted my time and gas going to the location. I would never go back.”
