  “This rude jerk just came and tried to groom our dogs- he only got to one. Not only does he have ZERO customer service skills, he was way too rough with our dog. I kept hearing yelps coming from his van outside. When I tried to request the dogs glands to be expressed, he wouldn't even acknowledge me and just turned around and snarled. And he complained that the dog pooped in his van- probably because of the way he was handling her (she was totally stressed out). He then took the poop and threw it out in our driveway, instead of disposing of it properly. He is an idiot, and it is beyond me why he is even in this line of work. He is not a dog person.”

  “as a mom of a 1 1/2 year old daughter I was looking for a something easy and convenient to have my dog groomed, however the experience was less then pleasurable I explained the size of my dog that he was large 85lb dog sherpard mix non aggressive! They told me it would be 110 dollars if I wanted the germinate done no problem the guy comes to groom my dog and to my surprise returns to my door 20 min later to complain that my dog Peres all over his truck and that he couldn't finish the services but I was still charged 95 dollars the service wasn't completed and he was nasty to me over my dog peeing in his truck which in sure happened bc he was scared I offered to clean it up I just didnt get why he was nasty next time I'll use petsmart who never seems to have a problem with my dogs behavior apparently the younger staff there handles him better!”
