  “I have never let my dogs go that long between grooming appointments! No way would my dogs stand still either! I have always found Barks & Bubbles to be the very most professional and compassionate in Santa Fe...and I have been to them all, I know I am picky but they are cool with that! Kudos to the staff for not putting up with that!”

  “We have been to every groomer in town and were so disappointed until we were able to get into Barks & Bubbles...the staff was so patient with us to educate us of the needs of the dogs and the process involved, the place was spotless and smelled great! We were also fortunate enough to talk to the owner who was so helpful with advising us on trainers...we scheduled for the whole year and would never go anywhere else!”

  “I took my dog in today and granted she was matted on her legs. The front desk manager called me later and said the only solution was to completely shave my dog. Before I had a chance to get back to the shop, she called my wife wanting authorization to shave my dog and threatened to call Animal Control!!! I quickly went back to the shop and suggested an alternative to a complete shave. The male groomer understand what I was suggesting and was able to do it. No complaints on the actual grooming but I will not take my dog back there unless the front desk manager is gone!!!”

  “I have had my dogs groomed here several times, and have been generally happy with their work. However, last Thursday, my dog's coat was cut unevenly and, as my husband said, I should have done it myself and saved the $91.00. When I dropped him off, I requested they check their file and do exactly what they had done before Christmas which, by the way, was beautiful. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
  When I called today to express my dissatisfaction, the
  woman with whom I spoke, rather than offer a mutually satisfying solution, instead questioned why I had waited so long to complain. She also said that my dog hadn't stood still. I can accept that, but could she not also accept that I had waited so long because of the long holiday weekend? Without resolving anything, she abruptly ended the conversation by saying thank you for calling, and hung up!
  Obviously, customer satisfaction is not a priority here.”
