  “The staff at Whole Dog is friendly and professional. My very nervous little dog actually falls asleep in his cage after his grooming. That;s how comfortable he is there.
  
  Concerned dog owner is full of crap since you can't see the cages from the door, so there is no way they could have seen dirty cages. Besides - this place is always spotless when I come in.”

  “I take my 2 dogs there once a month. They always look and smell great! They even spotted an ear infection in one of my dogs as well as spotting a small mass which thank goodness ended up just being a fatty tumor. I'll never go anywhere else!”

  Bad service...unsanitary conditions

  “I received unacceptable service at this grooming salon. They apparently overbook so when you drop your dog off and they tell you he'll be done in 3 hours they really mean 5 and your dog will be sitting in an extremely dirty cage alone for 3-4 hours before they get to him. When i dropped him off at 12 noon I specifically asked how long my dog would be and i was told 2-3 hours, probably more like 3 because we are busy. So i called at 3 and they said he'd be done at 5, so i immediately picked him up at 3:15 and he had been sitting in a cage for over 3 HOURS alone, which he is not used to and scared of. Noone told me they were THAT busy, if they did i would have taken him home and dropped him off later, but they didn't communicate well w/ me and they were quite rude. AND to top it all off my dog was extremely dirty, had other dogs fur all over him and smelled like urine from sitting in their cage. I would highly recommend not going to this place if you care about your dog.”

  “Excellent service. My dog is looked over for health issues before it is groomed.Groomers are very experienced and take many issues into account when grooming. (ie. our dog had eye infection, so groomer was careful not to get soap in dogs eye to make it worse).
  Must have updated vaccine schedule for dog. Very well-maintained facility.”
