  “What is the name of the new kennel? I bought a toy poodle from Chestnut Ridge years ago and was looking for another red one. Does anybody know where I could get one?”

  “Just so everyone knows Judy past away and there is some woman named patty running it. She sold me a 9 week shih tzu that has a horrible kidney disease. She has refused to help with the vet bills or take any responsibly for selling me a young innocent puppy! I have had her for 1 month and she has been on antibiotics since the day I got her.
  
  DO NOT.. I repeat DO NOT buy a dog from this woman. I should have realized that Judy would have NEVER treated her costumers this way nor would have allowed this woman patty to be part of her business. Please! DO NOT BUY FROM PATTY”

  “I bought a poodle from Judy in 1998 after she brought out her puppies for my mother to see. We left with two. The mini is still with me, and is happy and healthy. She called it well with regard to his temperment and health!”

  “We live in Vermont and have purchased a red mini [ten years old] and a black toy [3 years old] from Chestnut Ridge. The dogs are healthy and happy, and I am very happy to hear that the business is still in existence after Judy's passing.”

  “I have purchased puppies from Chestnut Ridge Kennels and have dealt with them for over 15 years. I love them. I also use them for stud service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The original owner has passed away and will be missed dearly, but she left the business to a longtime and faithful employee of hers. It is still Chestnut Ridge Kennel with the same phone number. The location has changed, but it is only a few miles down the road. I highly recommend this Kennel. All puppies are vet checked and come with a guarantee.”

  “Very irresponsible and dishonest breeder. The puppy had a congenital disease that I was not informed about and I never received pedigree papers. Shameful!”
