  “My experience with both Paula and this shop has been nothing but positive. Our dog, Ruby, has alot of special problems...deaf, many skin tags, ear problems, etc....and they always handle her with love and kindness. Paula calls her, her geriatric girl and is always understanding no matter what is going on with Ruby. Ruby's an older cocker spaniel, but always comes out looking like a beautiful pup...and is never upset about going to get groomed. She also seems to love Paula and appreciates the free treats! Previous places complained about our dog's behavior and the dog did not like going there either. I think this says alot for how nice Paula and the others in this shop are and how much they love the animals they are working with. I enjoy chatting with Paula myself! Rates are very reasonable, service is great, and I can usually get an appointment pretty quick that is convenient for me. It's also a plus that I live just a few blocks from this shop! This is a small shop with alot of heart. I would strongly recommend you giving it a try.”
