  “Took my great Pyrenees to the Petsmart grooming salon in Liberty, MO. She is a rescue dog with fear and anxiety issues of which I informed them. The first time they did a great job with her and she looked beautiful, for $90. When I took her back the next time they called 3 hours after I dropped her off and said she was bleeding from an injury near her mouth and when they tried to have the vet look at it she snapped at him....no explanation of the injury offered other than we're not sure and my dog was frantic when I got there to pick her up. I have no idea what happened, but we will NEVER be back there”

  “We were very happy with the cut and defurbing our austrailian shepherd received. In fact it is time to make another appointment. She was very well cared for. I have recommended Petsmart to my friends.”
